Hospitality company Sonesta International Hotels Corporation has partnered with tours and activities booking platform Viator to allow members of its Sonesta Travel Pass loyalty program to earn points when booking tours, activities and excursions.

Property management software provider Hospitable has raised more than $1.5 million in funding directly from its customers and employees, moving away from traditional venture capital investment.

Market Overview: Mortgage rates remained mostly flat today, with the 30-year fixed rate holding steady at 6.37 %. With limited economic data (partially due to the government shutdown), the bond markets are driving much of the rate movement, and lenders are hesitant to shift pricing aggressively.
Rate Trends & Forecast:
Short-Term: Expect rates to stay in a relatively tight range, with modest downward or upward shifts depending largely on how Treasury yields react and whether any surprising economic reports emerge. The lack of major data in the coming days may keep volatility subdued.
