When my husband and I first explored real estate investing, short-term rentals felt exciting - but also a little overwhelming. I had enrolled in the BnB Academy program to learn how to launch an Airbnb, but between running another business and investing in a market we didn’t live in, I quickly realized how tough it would be to manage alongside our busy lives. Discovering the Turnkey program was the perfect solution. The setup was seamless, and I’ve appreciated the flexibility to be as involved (or as hands-off) as I choose. We were also able to launch far sooner than we probably could if we had done things on our own.
Nearly two years later, Casa de Oro has exceeded our expectations. Year one was strong, and year two has been even better. Thanks to Jeff and the team’s outstanding communication and care, everything on the property and guest side is fully managed - giving us peace of mind and the freedom to stay focused on our careers. We’ve also been able to enjoy the property ourselves, with friends & family, which makes the investment even more meaningful. Most importantly, this journey has given us the capacity to continue growing our portfolio while I get to focus on other aspects I love - like branding and social media marketing - without worrying about day-to-day operations.
