Here’s a story from another real investor and how investing in short-term rentals changed their life for the better.

After a great experience with an Airbnb stay in North Scottsdale, I got really curious about investing in the Arizona market. I took a chance and reached out to the point of contact for the property, and found out more about getting started. At the time I was living in Illinois and relied heavily on his expertise and resources. That turned out to be one of my smartest decisions to date!

I was able to renovate an outdated single family home into an attractive STR property which allowed me to split life between Illinois and Arizona. That home became my family's holiday experience. Once my daughter graduated from high school, she loved the state so much that she chose to attend college in Arizona. By having a great relationship with the team managing the rental, the property management is so low stress that I chose to keep the STR for the tax strategies, easy maintenance and family legacy. And fun!
