Why Budgeting for your STR Matters More Than Ever 💸

Running a short-term rental can be incredibly rewarding — but without a solid handle on your finances, even the busiest property can quietly drain your profits. Between fluctuating bookings, surprise repairs, and seasonal changes, a clear budget and real-time expense tracking can make the difference between profit and pain.

1️⃣ Set a Smart, Realistic Budget

Market Overview: Mortgage rates held nearly flat today with very minimal movement across the board. The 30-year fixed rate remains at 6.38%, indicating that the bond market and lender pricing are essentially pausing and awaiting new triggers.
