  • 15‑Year Fixed: 5.91% (−0.04 pts)

  • 30‑Year Jumbo: 6.72% (−0.03 pts)

  • 30‑Year FHA: 6.19% (−0.03 pts)

  • 30‑Year VA: 6.20% (−0.04 pts)

  • 7/6 SOFR ARM: 6.10% (−0.02 pts)

Market Overview: Mortgage rates declined modestly today, led by a 6‑bps drop in the 30‑year fixed average. The FHA and VA benchmarks also posted small declines. This modest easing reflects a slight uptick in Mortgage‑Backed Securities (MBS) prices, which typically supports lower mortgage pricing.

With the 30‑year fixed rate now sitting at 6.57%, the index is near the lower end of its 52‑week range of 6.11% to 7.26%.
