  • 30-Year FHA: 6.05% (+0.02%)

  • 30-Year VA: 6.06% (+0.01%)

  • 7/6 SOFR ARM: 5.79% (+0.01%)

Market Overview: After last week’s volatility around the Fed announcement—where rates briefly hit near-year lows then spiked—today’s rates are materially unchanged. Most loan types saw very minor movements; for example, the 30-year fixed held steady at 6.35%. Markets now appear to be in a waiting mode, with attention turning toward upcoming jobs reports and more Fed speeches for cues about future rate direction.

Rate Trends & Forecast:
